Overview
I am doing a 12-month internship at Adobe in the Business Strategy team, where I take part in multiple strategy engagements for senior customers and support with internal initiatives, like planning and reporting. In each customer engagement, I am part of a team that focuses on developing insights and recommendations.
Skills
I have developed my communication and analytical skills. I have learnt how to use software’s such as Salesforce, Workfront, PowerBI, Jira, Zendesk and Monday.com. I have also improved my creative skills by becoming an Adobe Espress Ambassador and learning how to use Adobe Express.
Responsibilities
Yes, during my internship I had the opportunity to attend and contribute to very high level Executive events such as the Adobe Executive Forum, where I was responsible for customer engagement for the Executive Team and Leadership Team, supporting with the end-to-end delivery of 1:1 customer meetings, e.g. formatting customer briefs, writing customer bios and analysing and cross-checking spreadsheets of customer data. I also acted as front of house, helping customers and Adobe executives find their meeting rooms, I even got to meet Shantanu Narayen - Adobe's CEO!
Support & Guidance
Lots! My team was very supportive, we communicated often, had regular check-ins and showed appreciation to each other on a consistent basis.
Culture
Adobe has a very supportive and collaborative culture and lives up to its values! I'm very proud to say I work here.
