The Role
Was given a number of positions of key responsibility on projects, to make my work feel valuable in what I was doing
My manager was always supportive and during our weekly meetings always asked how work was going and what I wanted to develop in future. GSK are extremely focused on self development and to see this even in an IP year is great.
I worked on rapid deployment projects so day to day more work would come in as mmy role spanned a number of different areas on the business at once

I've learnt a lot of skills of how to work in business and how to work multi nationally with people inside and outside of my team and I'm sure these skills will help in future no matter how big the company is
The Company
GSK has a friendly atmosphere where you can talk to anyone and most people are happy to help with any problem
Work flows from project to project very well and the IP program as a whole is well established
GSK are always interested in developing you, if you want to work on something you can find yourself the opportunity

For my role as a developer choices are limited, being an international company they either hire externally or abroad. But the grad opportunities as a whole are good running both Development and SAP programs with fast track for IPs
