Overview
- 4 days; 2 online - 2 in person - talked to employees 1-on-1 or in group calls to gain deep insight into the divisions new products - visited other business areas to see how all the functions of the bank fit together - hosted networking event at a restaurant - very engaging

- so friendly; everyone was very open and kind - had the chance to talk to anyone, people were willing to give their time - a very collegiate feel at times
