    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • My role involves cold calling and sending emails to prospects. My role specifically reaches out to companies with no existing relationship with Adobe. As well as this, I research the companies and industries I am contacting, to fully prepare for a call or email.

    Skills

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
  • I have developed my communication skills, as this is key to being a BDR. Asking questions and being able to obtain information from customers is vital for future development. My Excel skills have also significantly improved, as use Excel on a regular basis. I also developed my research skills, which I need in order to prepare for calls.
