Overview
Usually providing help to various colleagues in the regulatory department and further afield, to provide quick and relevant information to help all roles work as efficiently as possible with full cooperation of the guidances and legislation.
Skills
New softwares learnt, enhanced Microsoft skills, time management developed further. Learnt lots about the pharmaceutical industry and clinical trials.
Responsibilities
Moderate responsibility to spot information as soon as it it gets released onto the internet, and to know which colleagues to ask for impact assessments of the intel before disseminating wider.
Support & Guidance
Had a buddy assigned to me, as well as many 1:1 meetings when onboarding. Felt comfortable to ask my manager and team questions whenever I needed to know something. Felt very supported by my line manager.
Culture
Very fast paced, but has a strong sense of positive culture that is frequently spoken about.

I enjoyed it greatly, felt I have developed professionally and personally in this year, and have contributed to be genuinely helpful within the team.
Yes
Dont be nervous, regulatory people are very nice. It took 2/3months before I started to feel helpful, as there is a lot to learn, so dont worry about that.
