Overview
Providing a great customer service whilst opening rental contracts. Working with team members to meet tasks set by managers. Training other team members. Answering phone calls and solving problems.

Responsibilities
Yes, I believe I have gained responsibility by training other staff members and taking leadership when given a captaincy role each month.
Support & Guidance
I believe that the mentor programme that I was paired with was very helpful during our meetings every 6 weeks. This gave me opportunity to ask questions and ask for help if I needed.
Culture
At the branch, the atmosphere was great and friendly. Gave a lot of opportunity to make friends.

I enjoyed it due to the many opportunities I had to learn skills to do with my degree and work in a busy environment. However the hours are long.
