Support & Guidance
I had an attentive line manager, and great team support from my placement division, and the various other divisions I worked alongside in aid of my ESS work. I had quarterly reviews, and fortnightly check-ins to ensure I was happy with my progress and could ask any relevant questions.

Company culture was very vibrant, with a buzz in each office I attended. There were lots of team socials, in various locations across the country to builder stronger connections between offices and put a face to the names you talk to every day!

My placement has really developed my corporate skills, putting into practice my University studies, providing a purpose and motivation to align my final year modules / dissertation to.
