Overview
- emailing content updates to clients - running content avails and sales history for team and clients - organizing/ setting up meetings and trips with clients - filling in and submitting expense reports - using excel to format grids and terms of a deal in the negotiation stages of deals
Skills
- improved confidence on excel - learning proper email etiquette when conversing to clients - using company software system: SAFE - writing engaging descriptions for content
Responsibilities
- I was allowed to freely converse with clients - i was encouraged to express my own opinions on content we were pushing - I was given the responsibility to provide necesarry documents for important deals
Support & Guidance
A lot of support during the early stages with training sessions. Throughout the internship I received weekly catchups with my line manager
Culture
- very welcoming and relaxed environment - Many perks working with a media company like internal screenings during the working day

My favourite thing about the placement was all of the events that we had the opportunity to attend such as a charity gala, premieres and social mixers.
