The Role
It was a very enjoyable experience.
You know you have done a great job when you colleagues return to you again and again.
Managers, team, coaches and mentors were available to me in aid of my support.
It depended on the amount of work I was given. You get some peaks and some troughs.
I've had 2 or 3 people in my team over the year so I was responsible for my tasks.
I feel very well equiped to handle my degree and the world beyond my graduation
The Company
The people in my team all had very refreshing sense of humour.
It took a while but remain consistant at the end.
Online training, external and internal training were all available.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
There is a fast track process to graduate role in place.
The Culture
Thursday nights out and friday morning fry up's are a few amongst the many social events.
An average amount.
Bigger towns were not that far away.
Good chance to network outside of work.
