Overview
I would support the supply chain data model, this would include catering towards user requests of reports, new data fields and data discrepancies. The data I have been involved in varies across the supply chain including: Warehousing, Transport, Quality, Customer & Supplier Delivery, Inventory and other areas.

I undertake multiple 1-1 with my manager and supply chain leaders, I was initially surprised how much time people within the organization will spend with you to ensure development.
Culture
Very involving from the day I began, I have had opportunities to meet members within my team. I have had opportunities to join employee groups and meet with other placement students outside of work times for activities such as football

I have learnt a lot within this year at Cummins, I think the placement has been valuable to developing employable skills and my overall confidence with communications and interactions within a team.
