Overview
-Interaction with the Trustee Board, Sub Committees -Including organising meetings and specific projects for the UK Trustees in relation to investment and triannual valuation. -Interaction with the day to day running of the UK plan, -Supporting the day-to-day pension administration ensuring a customer focused service is provided. -Regional Governance: Assisting the in-house pensions team with global pension governance and project related work

Your Impressions
I have the best year on my placement. I experiences what its like to sit on the UK Trustee Board and engage with investment consultants, lawyers and other third parties. The lunches and dinners at meetings have really helped my social skills.

I would tell them to be themselves and not put on an act in the interview.From my experience Cummins look alot at if the candidate is personable.
