Overview
My role includes stakeholder management and communications. I monitor an active task ID email and I am responsible for a business critical document. I ensure a positive candidate experience for the duration of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Skills
I have developed strong communication skills, analytical skills and advanced microsoft/excel skills.
Responsibilities
I was given a large amount of responsibility, responsible for monitoring recruitment for the IBM consulting's graduate scheme.
Support & Guidance
Support varied - two managers, foundation manager who provided pastral and wellbeing support and task manager.
Culture
Okay company culture, everyone has been very supportive and friendly. Not many iniatives to build moral or company perks.
