Responsibilities
I was the finance lead for the entire associates programme. I also created reports weekly to present to all managers. These tasks were my sole responsibility and required a great deal of independence.
Support & Guidance
I recevied lots of guidance from my task manager and foundation manager. They both supported me throughout my year and I am very grateful for all their help.
Culture
Not many people went into the office which was really dissapointing for me
