Overview
My responsibilities include supporting the team when delivering client work and to provide creative input and assistance in proposal work. Also to support the delivery of operational reports, some weekly and some monthly. Lastly, to support development of the service line including offerings regular SL meetings and other requirements. I follow a standard working pattern of a 37.5 hour week from 9:00am to 5:00pm, where each week I develop a pipeline report and a monthly newsletter.
Skills
I developed my existing skills of being confident through presenting at work events. I also picked up technical skills through developing pipeline rpeorts on excel and powerpoint. I also earned badges on YourLearning consisting of IBM Garage, Digital Change, Growth Behaviours and Agile Learning.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given responsibilities to handle official financial reportings and to handle client facing work.
Support & Guidance
I received great support from my Task Manager and Foundation Manager.
Culture
It was good, however a lot of drinking culture which does not align with my values and beliefs so made it hard to network and hang out outside of work, however my team in TT are wonderful and accomodating and helped out through organising events to make me comfortable.
