Overview
I support on a variety of projects, bids and eminence pieces of work within the Healthcare & Life Sciences cluster of accounts. I move between projects enabling me to try out different roles.
Skills
I have learnt good presentation skills as I have been given the opportunity to present to senior stakeholders. I have also developed Excel and Powepoint skills. I have learnt new role specific skills such as creating user stories etc.
Responsibilities
Yes, I have been given responsibility to own tasks and mini projects and speak to clients myself.
Support & Guidance
I had a lot of support and guidance. Whenever I was not on a project I had a lot of people helping me to find another project.
Culture
IBM has a great culture, everyone is very nice and always willing to help.
