• Market research • Investigation of competitor schemes • Design and implementation of Fresher to IBMer strategy • Event management and coordination • Design and deliver workshops to gain insights into internship schemes • Data analysis and quantitative success for key decision making • Marketing and social media design and coordination of materials • Hosting of cadence calls • Understanding, learning and engaging with the target audience • Support team members

Responsibilities
A large amount of responsibility was entrusted in me with tasks and given flexibility to design my role throughout the year.
Support & Guidance
I was given plenty of feedback as to what I'm doing well and how I can improve from managers and in reviews throughout the year. Plenty of guidance as to where I'd fit best when returning as a graduate.
Culture
The culture is largely on encouraging continuous learning with IBM learning platform. Treat interns as long standing employees at IBM. Lots of activity around communities with events.
