Overview
- business development and operations: support client proposals activities, set up new business opportunities, support engagements’ contracting and on-boarding processes, track budgets, manage project invoicing, conduct firm and industry research (including the preparation of reports on global regulatory developments) - finance support: review and analyze data, prepare management information, resolve financial queries - people agenda support: prepare agenda for team meetings, organize on-boarding of new graduates, diversity and inclusion event planning, support with HR calendar of events - quality and risk management: ensure the regulatory team complies with quality and risk standards through the tracking of actions and deliverables - client delivery support: provide support and conduct research for projects, participate in achieving project delivery objectives, prepare presentations, participate in drafting other documents for the project team, assist with project planning, team organization, and coordination - delivery of additional duties as assigned
