Overview
Creating and supporting the development of CAD models and engineering drawings, liaising in teams with individuals at all levels.

Responsibilities
Given a good amount of responsibility, not too much such that i was being set up to fail but enough to challenge me and bring out the best.
Support & Guidance
Given regular support, with friendly colleagues who are often happy to lend a hand.
Culture
Very present, Cummins promotes an excellent working culture and all around atmosphere.
