Overview
Dealing with shared inbox requests regarding internal applications. Creating instructional materials to aid the understanding of internal employees (company wide materials). Taking calls and requests from members of the company from across the globe. Producing monthly data reports on regions from across the world regarding their NPS scores and survey results. Working with colleagues from all over the globe to resolve issues linked to invoices and survey submissions. Providing solutions to their problems is key.
Skills
Excel skills. Internal application skills. Presenting skills. (Powerpoint). Word skills - creating instructional material. MS Visio Skills. Writing skills for developing sharepoint sites, communicating with people via email, writing instructional material etc.
Responsibilities
Yes. I was given a lot of responsibilities in certain projects. I would either ask to take the opportunity or it was delegated to me.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support but I would have preffered to have more communication with my manager.
Culture
It was good - interesting mix of people and it felt very friendly in the office environment and in the remote working aspect too.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend all university students at least consider a placement year.
