Responsibilities
The responsibilities given were challenging at time but manageable, they pushed me to develop key prioritisation and time/people management skills. Management was understanding and gave support if needed.
Support & Guidance
Ample guidance and support is provided for students. Over 1 month of Student2Studnet hand over period that is documented on a checklist document, ensures that the new placement student has all the tools and knowledge necessary for taking over the roles and responsibilities. Additionally, if any hurdles or hickups occur the team is always happy to help and offer advice/guidance.
Culture
Friendly and welcoming, had no negative interactions or experiences with people, even during stressful times when quality issues were putting strain on people, everyone was supportive of each other. On a daily basis the Office tends to be quite as people focus on their work, but friendly discussions and chatting within the team and with people from other departments is common as well
Your Impressions

Yes
Go for it, the company has an extensive student development program, with loads of initiatives to develop but also network locally but also nation wide and internationally. There's nothing to lose, only gain.
