Overview
Build Financial Reports. Organise events both internally & for clients. Day to day tasks associated with working in a large account team. Organising training / socials. Taking Minutes / actions in meetings.
Skills
Speaking, confidence, organisational, financial to name a few.
Responsibilities
Varying amounts depending on circumstances within the account. Internally yes, & it increased over time in regards to client responsibilities.
Support & Guidance
I had a great team around me, so if I ever needed support or guidance I always had someone to go to.
Culture
Generally a nice atmosphere to work in, certainly better than in previous work I've had in hospitality.
Your Impressions
It was challenging at first to learn everything required, but over time it became less stressful & more enjoyable.
Yes
Stay on top of your work, its a great place to work, but you can easily become swamped & it can become stressful.
