Overview
Analysis of annual reports and financial reports to understand an organisation’s key strategic themes. Use internal tools to create business cases and understand how SAP can help an organisation accelerate its digital transformation journey.
Skills
I’ve developed my networking and communication skills. I’ve learnt how to organise events and present to large audiences. I’ve developed my data analysis skills.
Responsibilities
I was given responsibility during my placement to complete tasks and meet deadlines. However, I could always ask for support when needed.
Support & Guidance
I had a full month of onboarding with the previous intern who gave me a lot of support and guidance. I had regular catch-ups with my manager and could reach out to any member of my team for help when required
Culture
There’s a very big focus on development and helping others at SAP’s. Everyone’s very approachable. There’s a very open atmosphere when you can feel comfortable to ask questions but also take on challenges.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement year. I networked with amazing individuals and learnt a lot about the industry and SAP as an organisation.
