Skills
Yes, I was able to not only develop my soft skills, but also learn many new skills from being in a new environment with new requirements and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Yes, the responsibilities grew gradually with time, but my manager made sure I always felt comfortable taking those steps.
Support & Guidance
Much support and guidance. The whole team was always available to help me through the whole year.
Culture
Very open, accepting, and patient. It was a great first experience in the business world, and getting a sense of what a company culture should be like.
Your Impressions
I quite enjoyed it! The placement team made sure the transition was smooth, we had the privilege to have a handover period with the previous interns which was really helpful, as it made the transition into the job much easier. In addition, all the support through the year made the experience very positive.
