Overview
I am a multidisciplinary designer. Day to day, I work on a variety of design projects to support creation of digital self serve assets. Areas I cover include video production and graphic design as week as supporting the creation of microsites and other miscellaneous assets.
Skills
Yes, I have gained a lot of experience which has helped to develop my existing skills and I have also learnt new skills and built on these.
Responsibilities
I was given a good amount of responsibility. I supported colleagues in their projects, was in charge of running my own projects and also got the chance to run larger projects and manage other team members.
Support & Guidance
The placements team provided a lot of support and guidance and were always happy to help out and offer advice. My team was also very supportive and always happy to help out. Overall, a very supportive environment but initiative is needed to ask for help.
Culture
The culture and atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. People are ambitious and hardworking but also happy to support each other.

I found it challenging and stressful at times but overall, my team was very friendly and supportive and I gained a lot of valuable experience and confidence.
