Overview
I support within the COO office. This involves keeping track of latest deals and forecasting meetings which the COO takes part in. I also support in Demand management activities, like manage leads and use client Outreach Platforms. Managing the different streams of demand to support pipeline growth. Also support in events and other ad-hoc roles that might come up.
Skills
Developed my communication skills and learnt about the business language / jargon used within SAP. Improved my communication and teamworking ability. Microsoft excel skills have become better since I'm using the platform regularly.
Responsibilities
Yes, i would work closely with the COO and support them on some of their forecasting calls. The notes I would provide the COO would be used regularly and it was how the COO would stay up to date with latest deals.
Support & Guidance
A lot of support was provided. SAP make sure you have the skills needed to complete the tasks. Experienced members in my team would always be there to guide me through some tasks and were always happy to help if i needed any support.
Culture
Everyone is really friendly and positive. People are always willing to support you and its easy to reach out to anyone. Its a great atmosphere.

Really enjoyed it. I got to support in various roles and tasks throught. Ive met many people across different roles and gotten a great insight into the business world through SAP.
