Daily, weekly & monthly reporting covering a range of data such as call acceptance rates and deeper agent stats
Skills
My understanding of excel has expanded - I am now competent in all areas of the program through daily use. In addition my communication skills and other skills have improved through daily communication with team leaders and one one instance i also got the opportunity to communicate with senior management. My analytical skills have expanded as I have been required to devise graphs from data and spot trends. My presentation skills developed through presentations of this data analysis carried out.
Responsibilities
I was given a wide range of responsibilities through this placement year with Mobilize Financial services. For example, taking meeting minutes in customer service management meetings, helping out in other areas of the business that needed it. I have helped out in many areas of the business such as dealer operations where I encompassed a range of responsibilities and this has been prevalent in all areas I have helped in. For instance, for dealer operations I had the responsibility of checking customer documents.
Support & Guidance
I got a large range of support from all individuals in the department from the outset of my placement. Every individual has been very approachable and I would say it is the perfect environment to nurture the skills development of a young adult like myself.
Culture
Very friendly, casual and relaxed company culture.
