Overview
My role involves the overall Magnum brand review tracking, as well as the leading of Magnum Vegan as a brand including activations and campaigns surrounding it. It also involves leading the digital aspects and financial aspects of the brand including the maintenance of the website, our brand on e-commerce and newsletter campaigns, as well as raising POs and teaching the brands budget and overall team support like consumer prizes delivery, asset delivery and sample orders too.
Skills
Yes, I’ve developed my MS Office skills massively, especially Microsoft Excel. I’ve also developed my presentation skills and written communication skills and enhanced leadership skills. I’ve learnt new skills such as copywriting, and more techinical softwares such as finance market research ones.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given more than I expected, almost on par with my fellow level 1 colleagues but was still able to communicate when it got too overwhelming.
Support & Guidance
I received a fairly good amount of support, wish I had a bit more guidance especially in the objectives that I should be achieving.
Culture
Relatively open and friendly, all willing to learn with a slight hierarchical energy at times.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it a lot! There was a lot of ups and downs however overall it was a great experience that I wouldn’t trade for the world and would encourage everyone to go for it!

Be your best self, as authenticity is really appreciated and so much easier than putting a front. Be inquisitive, willing to learn and show enthusiasm!
