Overview
Working with our stakeholders (HRBPs and people within the business operations teams) to help upskill our employees. A lot of working with skills data e.g. through excel and creating graphs Help run learning events to promote the digital tools we have to help our employees advance in their career progression

Responsibilities
Yes, i was allowed to take ownership of tasks and was actively encouraged to contribute in important team discussions. I wasn't treated like a placement student, i was able to be pushed out my comfort zone which definitely benefitted me
Support & Guidance
My manager was very reliable- if i had any problems/ felt like my workload was getting too much i always felt safe to go to her and always felt as though i could be honest
Culture
It was exactly how they describe it to be. Everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly. Never felt intimidated my any colleagues as everyone was very relaxed and flexible

I thoroughly enjoyed it, there were so many aspects that i have benefitted from e.g. networking opportunities, learning opportunities (did an excel course), getting real-life business exposure etc
