Overview
Responsible for the attraction of our programmes which include working with jobs boards and looking after our careers website. I am currently working on the summer placement scheme, responsible for the recruitment and on-boarding of the students.

Support & Guidance
All the HR and support teams have been great at giving guidance on any issues faced. The mental well-being support is great they have a wide range of resources and actively encourage you to prioritise wellbeing!
Culture
Very welcoming and open! Across the various departments, employees are always willing to give up their time to answer your questions and connect with you. Unilever prioritises early career talent and a lot of the senior leaders will find time out of their busy schedules to connect with you and attend events

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Unilever, and have made great friendships with other placement students that I hope will continue. Unilever has helped me grow professionally and personally!
