Overview
Aim is to produce the most accurate forecast for your portfolio. Flagging risks, chasing key customer insight, analysing data to find drivers of bias and forecast accuracy. You would present or communicate changes to forecast and drivers. Work with brand and supply team to ensure forecast as accurate as possible to ensure service levels are as high as possible.
Skills
- presenting skills - data analysis -decision making -team work -business acumen
Responsibilities
Initially no as expected as you are new to the company therefore still learning the ways of working within the business. There was plenty of opportunity to do things outside of your day to day responsibilities. For example you can signup to help out in charity events, outreach programs without a problem missing work. I also had opportunity to work on projects outside my normal work with new teams and new areas
Support & Guidance
Hand over was not great but people are easily approachable and line manager very good at pointing you in the right direction.
Culture
Seemed to care about your well being a lot rather than have work and performance at the centre of your job. People have stayed within the company for many years showing they enjoy working there. Company would also organise socials and work events
Your Impressions
good as had plenty of opportunity to do things outside my role
Yes
Be yourself don't worry what others think about you and what others have.
