Overview
• Working closely with senior members of staff to produce high quality presentations which were successfully delivered to the chief financial officer with excellent feedback around clarity of message and presentation of data. • Successfully leading the implementation of a Women’s forum in order to drive focus and action on equity, diversity and inclusion agenda. This has resulted in a newly built community in which women can openly voice their opinions. • Working in partnership with finance BP’s and Vice President, successfully created resource plan to ensure full plan in place for function within the agreed budget. • Leading the Leadership Development agenda: working with the learning team and external vendors to deliver leadership development training and opportunities to over 400 employees.
Skills
• Analysing data using Excel and producing PowerPoints to present key trends to stakeholders. • Using Visier (HR Data Tool) reporting and analysis on metrics such as headcounts, hires, attrition rates and gender balance to drive discussion and action. • Ability to produce high levels of work under pressure with changing demanding deadlines and ambiguity.

Skills can be taught, but how you hold yourself as a person (e.g., interacting with others), cannot be taught. So be yourself, be the b4est person you can be, this way Unilever will be more likely to hire you so you can be upskilled.
