Overview
Work on bids for IBM, aiming to win them. Daily tasks include a variety such as: creating and managing bid trackers, managing the teams tasks in order of priority, working with legal, risk and pricing to ensure tasks within are completed before the deadline.
Skills
Yes I have developed all exisiting skills such as communication in the professional environment. And I have learnt new skills such as IT skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, a huge amount of responsibilty. I really felt like it was my full time job. I got the whole real experience of working at IBM.
Support & Guidance
Lots of support and guidance, whenever I had an issue, I had many people to go to including my immediate manager. Everyone is super helpful.
Culture
Company culture was fantastic, really friendly and comfortable atmosphere, where as an intern I did not feel lesser than those superior to me, I was comfortable enough to have a full conversation and reach out to them.

I really enjoyed my placement, I am very grateful I got this opportunity to work for IBM and I am eager to come back as a grad.
