Overview
Working with the internal engineering team to complete testing and validate customer applications.
Skills
Yes, I have learnt a lot from the different team members. I have also learnt a lot regarding the industry and engineering skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was trusted to complete my own projects and work independently.
Support & Guidance
I had a 1 to 1 meeting every week with my line manager who would feedback on my work and answer any questions I had. There is also others in the office that are always willing to help and answers any questions day to day.
Culture
Great, everyone is willing to help. There is a big culture of self improvement and there is time set aside for training every month. It is also mandatory for also employees to spend at least 4 hours in the community.
