The Role
Great team and great experience, did lots of worth wile work and felt that I was challenged but supported throughout
Close team, very professional. I felt valued as the work I was doing was being used by them almost daily which was a great experience for me
great support, help was always there when I needed it. I got to work very individually on projects that interested me and the support was there for me if I ever needed it
Always had work I could be getting on with, but not too rushed in the day to day routine, which was great
I was given a lot of responsibility working on applications used worldwide in GSK
Lots of new skills learned and academic skills boosted. I can see my final year at university being much easier now
The Company
Generally quite dull, I was the only student in my department which wasn't great but lots of chances to do fun activities
quite organised, there were projects for me to work on but it was not as structure as some other placements
Not a great investment in my future but I have learned many other skills myself on the job which will be valuable
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Good the graduate scheme is great
The Culture
Lots of us got along well and went out together
free clubs on many nights and reasonable drink prices
Pretty lively
Many! from charity work to sports
