Overview
Leading and managing customer accounts. Responding to emails and enquiries on customer's order. Understand the total customer operations experience and take accountability. Resolve escalated operational issues internally and with customer.

Yes, I was given the opportunity to lead and direct the partner company in India with order processing and management.
