Overview
I provide a service to the cost and commercial management function, undertaking low complexity tasks to support senior colleagues. I manage my own workload under minimal supervision and resolve routine/simple problems

Yes I have improved on my communication and software skills. As well as learning more of what the role consists of
Responsibilities
Yes during my placement I took on my own roles on the project I worked on. I had daily and monthly responsibilities.
Support & Guidance
Towards the start I had a lot of support and guidance. Once I became more confident in my work and role the support and guidance was still there but in a different way. I have a one to one with my line manager weekly and regular guidance from my project manager
