Casual and liberal, as long as the work was completed to a high degree in a timely manner, the exact nature of the process and work day was not criticised
Your Impressions
Very much so, the casual atmosphere made for a welcoming and enjoyable work environment and the nature of work made the day interesting and enjoyable. The change of schedule was initially shocking but was adjusted to over time
Yes
Be prepared to work and be challenged and loos track of time as you delve into your work
