Overview
I am a Support Analyst on the ESR Account in Warwick. ESR is the data base that our client, the NHS Central Team, use for supporting the delivery of national workforce policy and strategy. I run daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure that the team are achieving their SLAs and not failing KPIs. I implement requested changes (work orders) to ESR for various NHS England and Wales trusts at a national level.
