Overview
Provided adminitrative support to the HR Partner team, as well as working to provide data to both the HR team and the business. Supported the HR team on projects thoughout the year.

Responsibilities
Yes, my placement allowed me to take on an individual role within the business, as opposed to just supporting another employee.
Support & Guidance
As little or as much as I needed. Everyone on the team was happy to provide support when needed, but were also keen for me to go away and learn new skills on my own when appropriate.
