Overview
I have designed and carried out my own area level projects and contributed to so many departmental responsibilities – on top of my usual day-to-day tasks. On the daily basis, you are facing customers and developing relationships with our accounts
Skills
I have learnt how to manage my own business, everything from operations to driving growth! I have learnt to be resilient and face many challenges with authority and control.
Responsibilities
Yes absolutely! I was in charge pf different sides of the business every quarter, i gained knowledge and skills to develop my own team when the time comes
Support & Guidance
I had monthly 1:1 with manager and within my team there was always live feedback going on. On an area level it was at a moderate level of guidance.
Culture
You are around people that want to help and see you growth. Everyone has goals and competitiveness to do well. There is a lot of resilience required!

Overall i enjoyed it, but it was a learning curve and some days full of frustration
