Overview
The job consists of managing a fleet of vehicles and providing the right replacement/hire vehicle for retail,corporate and insurance customers. It also consists of marketing and building relationships with new corporate clients to assist with the growth of the business. Managing the branch in terms of maximising profits and chasing accounts recievables from third party companies also plays a massive part in this role

Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility which is something I really enjoyed and I believe is a reason why I was able to progress quite well, leading to my promotion within my internship year
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support and guidance. I always had mentors guiding me when I wasn’t doing things correctly but from learning from my mistakes I was able to adapt to the business a lot quicker
Culture
Amazing! We had regular events for things like Ramadan and LGBTQ events. We also had regular weekly football to get everyone together and regular meals out with the team
Your Impressions
If you were to ask me would I return back to Enterprise once I’ve finished university.. the answer would be definitely! I’ve never worked for a company that provides as much support and guidance than Enterprise. The managers I had were amazing and had provided me with countless opportunities to assist with my own personal growth
Yes
I would say to make sure to take on as much responsibility as you can because what you put into the job is what you’ll get out of it and this will help with progression and growth a lot quicker
