Overview
CV screening, running assessment centres, organising interviews and answering any candidate queries plus any additional ad-hoc tasks
Skills
I have learnt how to use recruitment platforms such as GOM (Brassring) and improved some basic excel skills
Responsibilities
At IBM you are given your own individual role which no one else is completing so you are given responsibility to handle tasks rather than doing odd jobs that managers don't want to do
Support & Guidance
You have two managers who you can go to who are supportive and there for you when needed
Culture
Lots of different things to get involved with, sometimes the other interns can be quite cliquey
Your Impressions
During busy periods I really enjoyed my role however when the role quietened down sometimes I felt a bit lost and wasn't really sure what to do.

Make sure you find a role that is suitable to how busy you want to be and that it will push you to the extent you want to be pushed
