Overview
The role includes assisting and supporting my line manager. This would include going on Site visits, speaking to clients and helping with the admin of the department.
Skills
I have learnt measurement, how to inspect a property, how to speak to clients. In addition, to developing organisation skills, time-keeping, communication, leadership and problem solving.
Responsibilities
Yes - I have dealt with clients one to one. I have also been given independence to go on site visits. In addition, to leading on certain projects.
Support & Guidance
There is a wide network of support within CBRE. Therefore, if you feel you aren’t getting enough support from someone, there will always be someone to go to.
