  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

    • Various interactive workshops to help with personal development, regularly being set real-time work/tasks to complete, over the week I visited a local charity that they work with, went out for an expense-paid lunch one day with the trainees and other vacation scheme people.

    • Extremely welcoming. Everyone was so friendly and approachable (including partners). Very relaxed, casual environmental. People dressed not too formal.
