Yes, I was encouraged to make the most of every opportunity. As a management trainee there are even opportunities to get stuck in and manage the branch and there are a lot of career progression opportunities.
Support & Guidance
I received so much support from management, the culture at Enterprise is very supportive and everyone wants you to succeed.

Motivating and a sense of belonging, everyone is happy to give advice and help if you get stuck on anything.
