Responsibilities
Aldi gives you lots of responsibility from the get go. Within 3 weeks of your store management training you will be a deputy store manager helping to run, open, close the store. After a couple months of training you'll be running the store yourself. When you have completed your store management training you'll be with your area manager learning the skills and operations of their role. After a few weeks you'll be leading interviews, meetings, completing checks etc. by yourself.
