I have learned to navigate through PeopleSoft (Oracle Accounting software). I definitely also developed communication skills through workshops such as DiSC theory. I am definitely more confident in my approach nowadays, compared to when I first started my placement.
Responsibilities
I was given much responsibility. I was treated as an equal to all the other accounting staff.
Support & Guidance
I did receive guidance to certain extent but however, everyone deals differently under various situations.
Culture
The work culture was definitely work hard and play hard. However, it can get very awkward and stressful at times.
