Responsibilities
Yes, the first 6 month was mostly training to make ensure I understand the ways of working. After training I was given more responsibilities and a few projects to work on. On the other hand, my department mainly depends on being proactive and finding your work work.

My manager has been helpful throughout the year, most of the times others try to help as well.
