Overview
Support marketing activity across Europe through a range of initiatives, including managing my own projects. Coordinating events, attending events and organising communications, logistics etc. Working with a huge range of stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Skills
I have learnt a lot about communications, digital marketing, social media analytics, event coordination, project management and brand awareness through a very large range of projects.
Responsibilities
Yes - I have been given a huge amount of independence to manage my own projects which in turn has allowed me to not only develop my industry-specific skills but also my own soft skills of time management, organisation and communication.
Support & Guidance
I had support available where I needed it, both within and outside of my team. People were always happy to help.
Culture
Good company culture, everyone is supportive, however we are currently in the process of gradually spending more time in the office so things have been a little up in the air.
Your Impressions
I felt like a true member of the team, everyone has been really welcoming. I enjoyed my experience a lot.
Yes
Be willing to learn about the company and do your own reading. People will support you but it is such a massive company with so much going on, it's easy to feel a bit lost sometimes!
