The Role
An excellent year-long experience.
Felt like a full member of the team at all times
Absolutely and whenever necessary. Everyone very helpful/accommodating.
Lots of work to do every day - learning to prioritise is important.
Plenty of opportunities to manage own work and some supervision opportunities with work placement students etc.
Being in the lab all day/every day = lots of practice and skills development, whether you want to continue in pharma or not.

A good crowd (100 - 200), so generally always something on.
Stevenage is pretty cheap...
